Deeper definition of pet/dog sitting stays:

2 feedings(AM + PM), playtime(if needed/desired), Morning, evening and before bed potty breaks. Be advised that I work while pet sitting so I may be away for up to 8 hours max. Additional $79/day fee applies if you are wanting me to not leave for other jobs. Mail will be pulled in. Up to 3 plants will be watered without additonal fees. Garbage will be brought to the street and/or disposed of at end of the stay. Please provide proper snow removal tools and salt for the safety of your dogs and myself. The pet sitting is essentialy pet and house sitting. Your home will be secured by your home looking like it is occupied. Please remember that I will be staying in your home and taking care of it as if it were my own. I take great pride in my work and ensure I leave your home as clean if not cleaner than when I arrived. Dishes cleaned, bed stripped of sheets and pillow cases, my trash taken care of and any of my food will be removed from the house. Please be sure to provide any and all instructions in writing prior to leaving your home. The care will be discussed prior to the stay but ensuring everything is remembered is essential, so please be sure to leave a note. Keys and openers will be left behind before I leave. Provide instructions of entry via text or email prior to leaving. Instructions for TV, wifi, or anything that may be required for the care of your pets that isn't just feeding or meds, please provide that in writing as well. Emergency contact information for pet care( vet) or home care(friend, family, neighbor) must be provided.

For severe weather:

Snow storms or severe weather that threaten the safety or the ability to care for the pets I'm sitting for, cancellations of other services for clients will be applied so I can stay safe as well as the pets I am caring for while their owners are away.

Cancellation Policy

Infinite Zen Room Grooming LLC is a hard-working small business that is incredibly grateful for their clients. Taking time to care for each pet with genuine care and love is what is most important, so ensuring that the time is available for each of those pets to get the best care has been accommodated with every booked service. Any services that are booked with Infinite Zen Room Grooming LLC are required a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for grooming and 48 hours for pet sitting. Please see details below regarding how the charges will be upheld. Thank you for your understanding.

Pet Sitting:

1st-time late cancellation for a stay that is 3 days or less- 25% of stay is due upon cancellation

2nd-time late cancellation of 3 days or less- 100% of stay is due upon cancellation

1st-time late cancellation of stays that are 4 days or more, 50% of the stay is due upon cancellation.

2nd-time late cancellation of stays that are 4 days or more, 100% of the stay is due upon cancellation.
